My name is Martha Alter Hines, and I’m thrilled to share that Living the One Light is growing rapidly. As we expand, I’m looking to grow my team with heart-based, soul-led individuals who are passionate about nurturing our community and sharing our light with the world.
I’m currently hiring for two part-time positions:
- Community Manager
- Marketing Assistant
These roles are likely separate but could potentially overlap for the right person.
Job Descriptions
Community Manager
Our free community has doubled in size in just one week, and I’m looking for the perfect person to:
- Nurture the free community and monitor its integrity.
- Bring a heart-based, warm, and inviting energy to our thriving space.
- Support members in their soul growth as equals and “New Earth Leaders.”
Key Qualities:
- Emotionally mature and tech-savvy.
- Heart-led with impeccable boundaries and kindness.
- A self-starter who loves creating ways for people to feel empowered, included, and engaged.
- A people person who thrives on connection and collaboration.
Marketing Assistant
This role is for someone who can help share the light of Living the One Light through thoughtful and soulful marketing.
Key Responsibilities:
- Craft heart-based, soul-to-soul copywriting (not “salesy” or stereotypical marketing).
- Create warm, personable, and aesthetically pleasing designs.
- Develop emails, visuals, and copy that convey a vibration of light and healing.
- Collaborate with Martha and the team to align with the needs of our soul-based community.
Key Qualities:
- Excellent at copywriting and design with a “medicinal” quality.
- A team player open to feedback and collaboration.
- Deeply understands the Living the One Light community and its mission.
- Great attention to detail.
Position Details
- Hours: Both positions will start at 2-4 hours per week, with the potential to grow over time.
- Location: Remote.
- Compensation: To be discussed during the interview process.
