Hello, Everyone!

Happy Leo season!

The sun moved into the sign of Leo today and we have a powerful New Moon in Leo on Thursday and all the while, Mercury is moving on its retrograde journey through Leo as well!

As I shared a few days ago, we also have powerful energies supporing us to release structures that supported us in the "time of forgetting" as we now are in the Time of Great Remembering.

A few days ago, I channled the video here below to support this powerful process.

And then yesterday, I reached out to my good friend, Barbara Juniper, a sound healer and spiritual mentor who supports people in Buddhist practices as well.

Over the years, Barbara has shared with me a Green Tara practice which has deeply supported my own process in many ways.
