Hello!
Today my guides were ADAMANT that I channel this video above for you to support us to "remember your HAPPY past lives."
As I discuss in the video, this is significant for many reasons, including the fact that as we know from neuroscience, focusing on strengths and "what is working well" or "what has worked well" previously is a key in healing and thriving.

We had our first gathering of the journey on Monday.
In the channeling in that gathering, we were guided to meet, fall back in love with, and then fully embody our full, complete soul essence selves.
I had a hard time speaking in parts of the channeling because it was so deeply moving for me.

As I said in that gathering, I have been realizing over the past few days how powerful and real that it is that we are "the low hanging fruit" of humans who are capable and ready to make such powerful, radical inner shifts and to fully embody and be our full soul essences NOW.
